Our new found choice for fast food in South Haven. Went to Wendy's for the last time. Choosing Arby's from now on.
They ran out of drinks and were too busy to refill the machine. The dining area was filthy. No napkins were available. The cashier was busy texting on her phone. Everyone was VERY upset and unhappy behind the counter. The sandwiches were good.
Love Arby's & great food & excellent service & can eat on the go or dine in & eat!!
We go to this Arby's a lot. It's clean most of the time and the staff is good most of the time. Like any place, there will occasionally be dirty tables, but they are pretty good here about getting the order correct and the staff is always pretty friendly.
