For a business that caters to tourism, selling multiple items that people buy as gifts..you better be sure you are not going to have to return! I bought 3 pairs of shorts for my son who was not with me. He has always worn size 30, but all 3 were too small. I called immediately to see if 32 size was avail in each. They were. I was days before the 7 day return window and was going to fed ex them back to have them send me the 32s. I was told NO all returns need to be made in person. Since it is 5 hrs away, not an option for me. Asked if i could speak to manager and was to she was not avail. But that was their policy. Customer service was great when they were charging my credit card! Non existant for returns...I plan to return to South Haven..just not this store!

Best deals towards the end of summer! Great local spot for clothing, toys and beach rentals like paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles. Highly recommend!
