So many storage facilities are run by shady people, looking to add costs along the way. Not this place! I had a wonderful experience dealing with Fran, who is one of the owner/operators. When she realized that I had rented too small of a unit, she immediately offered to rent us the next bigger size without any fees for changing, just the additional rent for the larger room. Then, a couple months later, I actually DID need another small room for a month because we had made so many furniture purchases for our new residence. Rather than have to pay for a new lock (they use core-locks, which go for about $15 each), she simply loaned me one for the one month that we would be there. Price was reasonable, auto-billing was accurate, unit was convenient. Great place!
