They are polite and helpful with a VERY large selection.

Family video is always clean when we go. We visit this store once or twice a week. The employees of this place are outgoing and very friendly. It's easy to find what we are looking for in this store. I would suggest this store to anyone that is close enough to go there for recent and older movies.
