Friendly and attentive customer service keeps me coming back for whatever I can get here, rather than the big box category-killers up the street. Jason made a point of remembering my name week to week, and is always upbeat and kind to animals (in this case, my hound Leo). Rob is really can-do, a real resource, must have all 100k SKUs memorized. It is amazing what selection they do have: Got a toaster? Yep. Trailer lightbulbs? Sure. How about a universal garage door clicker? Yep. "We try to have at least one of everything." Not enough space for lumber, but they do a great job carrying everything else.
