Unfortunately, they like to leave empty spots on the shelves for weeks at a time. You would think they would remove the shelf tag if they won't be getting a product back, so I assume they just aren't ordering/stocking things. This has happened to me multiple times, in more than one department, though usually groceries. No one can ever give you answers. There is no excuse to not keep items stocked. If I need to buy something and it is sold out, I will check back next week, but I still need the item so I will have to shop elsewhere to find it now. Hardly convenient... Why didn't I just shop at the other store in the first place? If it wasn't for mperks, I would stop shopping there since I can't count on them being bothered to stock their shelves. :(
The greeters were very helpful. Christmas shopping season, my wife needed a scooter cart due to knee replacement surgery. As busy as they were the made sure to take care of my wife's special needs
I never have a problem finding anything here that I need. In fact I probably find things too well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Store was a mess, inventory utterly depleted. I was looking for a medium gift bag, yes Christmas preferably, but couldn't even find a plain red or green. Shelves weren't just bare the isles were trashed! Only reason for two stars is self-checkout personnel were super friendly and kind. Now if they just hired more friendly staff to take care of their store I might be able to enjoy my shopping experience.
Excellent selection of quality food and drinks. And some very nice clothing and gifts also.
