Let me share my experience at Walmart. Com...they cancel orders on you with out you even knowing after they tell you it will be 2 to 3 day shipping. They advertise a product that's not available crushing a child's Christmas. Thank you Walmart and a Merry Christmas to you.
Normally a good place to go. Had to get service on vehicle today. Only to service techs, no counter person. And one of the techs seemed not to friendly to certain types of people.
Store is ok, but the People here are absolutely TERRIBLE. Would not recommend to anybody only 2 lanes open extremely long lines avoid this place as best you can. terrible service.
We have consistently found this Walmart to be very unfriendly. Otherwise it is similar to any other Walmart. The selection is good, the store is clean and well organized. We typically drive a few extra miles to shop at the Walmart in Paw Paw or Kalamazoo where we have never had a negative interaction. For example, recently we had a head light go out and so we went to this Walmart to purchase a replacement. We chose this location because it closest to us. While changing the bulb in the parking lot so our vehicle would be legal, we were approached by a typically rude employee and told to go home to change it there. This type of interaction is not unusual at this location. We give this location one star because we typically drive farther away to shop at alternate locations. We do not recommended shopping here.
Sure would be nice if they had more motorized carts. Every time I go there, there are no motorized carts available.
