Place is a joke, but it's ran by the government so it's expected.

If it’s innocent until proven guilty then why am I feeling guilty of a crime that I didn’t commit. I failed to comply with one of their agreements on their bond conditions. So I called Jerry Mischa he told me to call the courts house 7 District So I call the county clerks office in Van Buren County seventh Districk spoke with a lady named Christie to see if I had a warrant she said no. She was very rude and Belittling me she was loud and stearin. So I ask to talk to Lora cannon I think that was her I went on to tell her I was out of town taking care of my grandchildren getting ready for the holidays and had forgotten about the terms of the pond never been on bond like this before she then to was rude and told me good luck. So I began to tell her that I really did not understand the terms of the bond. And the condition. I always thought it was Innocent until proven guilt. I truly believe that this is targeted towards poor people who cannot afford to pay a bondsman or to just bombed out so they give you a way to get out of jail but really you’re on probation you’re already convicted and they get to treat you like a criminal. Even if you are innocent now I understand the terms it feels like I have already been prosecuted it feels like I am on probation and if I would’ve known that I would’ve never agreed to this it is the holidays I have family gatherings grandchildren to take care of and I’m innocent and I will fight this all the way I want to say that this is the most unprofessional Court house I have ever seen why am I feeling guilty of a crime that I did not commit.
