An amazing group of folks at this shop. Not only were the super friendly, they made sure the bikes we rented fit us perfect. Had some great suggestions on some trails while staying in South Haven. Very knowledgeable in their craft. I highly recommend this place!
Small but decent bike shop. Carry several top brands, have full service repair shop, and rent bikes.
Amazing customer service, I waked in looking for a good price on a used bike thinking I wouldn't be able to afford new and the owner was able to find the perfect bike in my price range that was new. He went above and beyond in putting in a different handle bar when I didn't love the standard one on the bike I was looking at. A great group in the shop and you can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend.
We were on vacation and 2 of our bikes fell off the back of our camper on the way to South Haven. Rims and tires were destroyed! I saw online that Rock'n' Road was open till 6pm. We walked in their door about 5:55pm. They went out of their way to find us good used rims, hooked us up with new tires and tubes, even helped to get everything mounted (so I didn't have to do it on the picnic table at the campgrounds). Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Prices were very good as well! If you are ever stranded in South Haven like we were, I strongly recommend these guys! They helped turn a bad day into a good experience and saved our vacation! Thanks again guys!!!
Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable! We changed our mind at the last minute because we didn't think our son would do well on a tag-a-long. They let him try it out before we decided to just have him ride in the trailer with his little sister! They were very accommodating! We took about a 5 mile trail ride that lead to a beach. The kids loved the whole experience! Highly recommend rock n road cycle!
